Order Processing: Once you’ve placed an order, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be processed by our team. Our delivery partner will then pick up the parcel within this timeframe.
Delivery Time: After your order has been processed, our delivery partner will deliver your order within 5 to 10 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control such as custom delays, etc.

How to Return or Exchange your product?
If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to provide an exchange the goods with new product.
IMPORTANT – When you receive the package, please make sure to record an unboxing video to avail return/exchange or raise damage-related concerns.
In case of damaged/incorrect products – contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the products by email support@sanaatani.in (or on WhatsApp +91 7062012333) notifying us of any damage to the product along with pictures. The arrangement for pick up and courier will be made for damaged and incorrect products. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. The merchandise must be returned in their original containers, and in their original packaging (where possible).
Please include the original product tags and packaging while returning the products. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Please note – Returns are not applicable in case of customized T-shirts, on order paintings, calendars, and posters.

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund on all products that are damaged in transit, defective, or do not match the description provided on our website. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@sanaatani.in or whatsapp 7062012333 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on products that have been used or damaged by the customer. We also do not offer refunds on products that are not returned in their original packaging.
For high volume products, where delivery charges are taken extra, we will refund the entire amount of the product, but the delivery charges will not be refunded.
We will check the returned product before initiating the refund and the refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
